a month later...
Jul. 25th, 2019 06:49 pmwell, we haven't been to the Oasis or the drive-in movie yet, but we have been to the lake for a day. Soon after my last post, my hard drive died and I had to get a new one and rebuild everything from scratch, and that took a while. Still kind of getting back up to full PC speed in some areas.
This weekend is our anniversary and we'll be doing a weekend out of town up north a little ways. Then NEXT weekend is that Anime Hell 80s Night I mentioned.

At some point I need to get a new Let's Anime done, and my comic story, I've finished inking that and I'm now in the stage where I scan all the pages in, add lettering (my lettering is awful) and color tones, and then figure out how it's gonna get printed.
The closer I get to getting this story finished, the more I remember how good it feels to draw these things. It's been a really hectic year; I've been working slightly longer hours with a slightly longer commute, and we've been making a point of walking or bike riding every night after dinner. So I have less free time for things like comics. But I need to carve some out somewhere.
