Wow, I haven't posted here in a while. Let's see. Last summer? My sister and her family came to visit, we went to Burleigh Falls for our anniversary, Shain finished her one year contract at my company, we drove down to Atlanta for AWA and went to Savannah for a day on the trip back. We again drove to Atlanta for Xmas and detoured to Huntsville on the way back. What I learned is that Guntersville AL is surprisingly picturesque.

The cat had some teeth pulled over the summer and now she's in a weird pee mode where she pees on things she's not supposed to pee on. We had to ban her from the bed, which is honestly improving my sleep. We have a vet visit scheduled tomorrow. She's 15, I have no idea how this is going to go.

I'm still scanning and digitally coloring the pages for my new project and I have three pages remaining. There's an Anime Hell screening happening at Eyesore on Feb. 22.




Tonight we're doing a life drawing thing. This is the first life drawing I've done in about a decade and a half, so I'm kind of excited. Bought a big pad of cheap drawing paper and some conte crayons and everything. Hopefully I don't look too much like a first year student, what with my brand new pad and non-scuffed portfolio.
