I managed to catch the cold that was going around... Sunday I was starting to feel sniffy, Monday I was very congested, Tuesday I felt like crap so I took a sick day. Wednesday and Thursday are slow crawls back to normalcy. I feel OK today. There's an AN staff meeting on Sunday that I'll probably make.
Last Sunday in the midst of my sneezin' we went to the Leslieville Flea, which is a high-end flea markety kinda thing that in the winter months is held in the Distillery District. Lots of great vintage stuff; we picked up a giant blue plastic sad-dog bank. Lunch was at a classy Mexican joint with good food and terrific ambiance. The weather had warmed up for Saturday but by Sunday afternoon was starting to drop again, and the rest of the week has been super cold. Perfect weather for being sick.
In my recovery I have neglected many things, including Stupid Comics, which Shain is doing and which should be up later today. However there are new Behind The Blue Doors and Georgie Girls for your reading pleasure!
