Ya know, this one, it wasn't TOO horrible. It was awkward and the swiping and all, but there's potential there. Kinda sorta if one wants a low end Marvel Comics art. Give him an editor and a professional inker and he could probably churn out any of the titles Marvel picked up from Malibu Comics.

It would probably be helpful if they didn't get everything they knew about police procedures from episodes of Starsky & Hutch.
