davemerrillYes, it's Stupid Comics #450, all about The Protectors and their terrible artwork and ripped-from-1987-headlines story and some kind of false-flag Reagan gettin' the war he's lookin' plot twist. Also superheroes that change clothes on the subway.
This comic is, like its first issue, highlighted with text pieces detailing exactly how the comic was published and how the creators basically turned it over to notorious 80s B&W comics hucksters Solson, who printed it, distributed it, and then kept all the profits for themselves.
