photo dump
May. 13th, 2011 02:09 pmMy camera is takin' a dump all over my LJ! Here's some photos I took recently.
We went up to where the Credit River comes out of the wilderness between Brampton and Orangeville and trespassed on some mining company land.

There were some fishermen trying their luck, which was not good. Give it a couple of weeks, guys.
Later I did actually go to TCAF for about half an hour on Sunday afternoon, and here's some photographic evidence!

This is a giant mural that stretched around the side of a wall in what is otherwise kind of a dead space; though there were some exhibitors squeezed in there as well.

I didn't stay too long for several reasons: 1. I was broke and couldn't buy anything, 2. I didn't see anybody I knew, 3. it was really crowded and impossible to move through at anything other than a snail's pace, and that's irritating - great for the success of the show, but annoying for me personally, and 4. it was lunchtime.
Here's Mister Kitty busy at her job supervising construction. I cannot WAIT until they are finished with this building. You'd be surprised at how much hammering goes on in the construction of modern commercial real estate. Loud, annoying hammering.
