Join L-K Restaurants mascot "Pierre The Bear" and his pals as they break the barriers of time and space to protect Mother Goose Land!



Vanished restaurants and their corporate mascots save the day today at Mister Kitty's Stupid Comics. While doing research online I saw where somebody has a button featuring a photo of a person in a life-size Pierre The Bear suit. Now that's a frightening apparition!

I had never eaten in, seen, driven past, or even heard of L-K Restaurants And Motels before I picked up this promotional comic book. But now, thanks to my weird purchasing habits, I know way more about them than I could ever possibly need to. Also, I would pay cash money to see Pierre The Bear and Kong destroy "Shoney Bear".

And bothering to look in on the matter of L-K, they certainly were no Howard Johnson's, but they certainly went down that road.
