ooh, scary kids

I know Halloween is over but this week's Stupid Comics is so scary it will scare you crosseyed!



What if Dracula and his wife had kids and they were wacky goth monster teens who got into hijinks with their monster teen pals? You'd have DRAC PACK, I think. Or maybe GROOVY GHOULIES. No wait, you'd have "Tomb Teens". Remember parents, don't let your kids become monsters, or spend their college funds self-publishing comic books.

I kind of feel bad about making fun of this one; it's obviously somebody's really early effort at drawing comics, and we found it on the free table at a convention so we didn't even pay a quarter for it. On the other hand, it's out there, trees and ink bushes and staple plants gave up their lives for it, and it stars someone who's known as 'the girl with "eat me" underwear'. At some point somebody with authority should have said "Kid, take another year and polish your drawing and punctuation skills", instead of "Thanks for the $1500, here's your comic book!" So there are no winners here. Except YOU!

Well, no, those aren't very good comics, but spare a thought for that amazingly ridiculous underwear that Zabrina's sporting on that pin-up page. Bastian really does need to get his eyes checked. DUDE! She's THROWING herself at you!!

Oh, wait, I don't think that's Bastian, I think that's Ghost. Maybe he just doesn't like girls.

It's hard figuring out this comic certainly. Ghost says he's one of the few humans in the story despite having horns growing out of his head. Of course with a chick name Asprin, I probably would be turned off if I get a headache thinking about it!
