snowing again
Feb. 14th, 2014 11:47 amYup, just a little. It warmed up to just about freezing, though, so stuff is starting to melt. The giant mountains of plowed snow are shrinking bit by bit. Looks like next week we might get into positive numbers.
Meanwhile enjoy the latest STUPID COMICS, a Valentine's themed story where Lois Lane, in order to win the hand of Superman, sells her soul to Satan!
Then you can listen to an informative Q&A session about S.I.N.A., the Society for Indecency to Naked Animals, as they enlighten us all by answering the questions "who are you?" and "what are you doing here?"
Georgie Girls enjoys some selective prejudicial commentary while Constance's coma is the focus of Behind The Blue Door and Zero Fighter speeds towards a resolution of some kind!
That's your Mr Kitty for the week. What else have we been up to? I had to put a new tire on the car - a newer tire than the new tires I put on in November -thanks to a particularly large example of the genus "POTHOLE" that has appeared on our streets. When you hit one hard enough, it ruptures the sidewall and makes a little bulge in the side, and that means your tire is about to give birth to a "blowout", and that's a baby you don't want to have, especially when driving home at 11 at night when the temperature is down around minus 18 degrees Celsius - that's about zero F. So that was my excitement. We get Monday off and I'm looking forward to some relaxing time. May even go outside.
