friday the 13th
Apr. 13th, 2012 12:12 pmApparently every Friday the 13th there's a biker rally in Port Dover, which is a small town on Lake Erie south of Brantford, close to where the Pizza Hut we were having dinner in got smacked by an out of control driver back in March of '11. If you're a biker get over there!
On Wednesday night of this week, in car related news, I was driving home very late on the DVP and saw something out of the corner of my eye - a young deer just galloping across the highway, away from the river, in front of my car, up and over the barrier, and across the other side towards, I dunno, Broadview, I guess. It's not the first time I've dodged deer on the road, but it's the closest, and the youngest. I guess it's that time of year when Moose Baby decides to take a walk on the wild side, so look out there guys.
Meanwhile in the world of Mister Kitty, we take a listen to songs about cereal and have another exciting adventure with the Space Canine Patrol Agency, which is the gang of super dogs that talk and wear clothes that Krypto hangs out with.
This weekend the plan is to go to that antique thing in Ancaster on Sunday, and get some Anime North panel video edited together on Saturday. We have a Nominoichi yard-sale table again at Anime North this year, so if you're in town you should definitely swing "buy" and "buy" some of our "junk" that "we" "don't want any more". As well as enjoy the rest of the convention, of course.
