I know form follows function, and all, but doesn't the laser-shooting robot star of the comic look more than a wee bit like an Ingram in a funny hat?

I would say it looks a bit like a Zaku head minus the tubing, but it also could be a Gelgoog, kinda, or one of the Aura Battlers or...darn it, Okawara, design something new!

(and yeah, Dunbine was mainly Izubuchi, as was Patlabor! Hmmmm :) )
