all night long
Sep. 28th, 2010 11:03 pmToronto's all-night ARTSAPALOOZA, Nuit Blanche returns this weekend to Liberty Village (and the rest of the city). Yeah, kind of snuck up on me there. Last year it was kinda kool to walk around the neighborhood and see all the art and feel all sophistikated. This year we'll be doing the same, so if you're going to be in The Village (as we call it{we being "me, right now"}) come on by and we'll wander through the art as a menacing posse!
After last year my intention for this year was to get a projector and some kind of a screen and show crazy video to the parking lot. I don't know if time will permit me to accomplish my Dreams Of Conceptual Art this year, but darn it, I'm going to try.
If you are NOT interested in Art then I advise you to avoid Toronto altogether on Saturday night. It's going to be all arty up in there.

Date: 2010-09-29 01:10 pm (UTC)It's taken over the whole damn city. Downtown almost looks as alive as it was in the '60s. Pity there's NO DAMN STORES THERE anymore. But at least the bars, the many, many bars are happy.
I should take some pictures of the visitors all looking arty at the art.
