Well, got through a full week after last week's short week at work. It's been really slow at work; some of our clients aren't doing any mailing until third quarter (think October) and others are sort of on hold while they figure out what's what, but, on the positive side, we kept a client we thought we were losing, and some of our work for other clients is picking up.
COVID NUMBERS
total worldwide cases: 2,328,124
total worldwide deaths: 160,518
total Canada cases: 34,385
total Canada deaths: 1,403
Been reaching out to some friends I hadn't heard from in a while, and so far everybody is OK, for varying degrees of OK. We finished watching The Crown, the one anime we were watching from the winter season (Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!) is over, I think we've seen all the movies from 2019 that we wanted to see. Went out walking today towards Hamilton and our usual trails were Closed To The Public, so we wandered through a baseball field and up to and through a neighborhood, and then back again. We've been walking around the city after dark, as well, and 9pm feels like 3am out there.
I feel like Ontario has leveled the curve off and we should see the number of new cases start to go down. That's just a gut feeling on my part, though, I Am Not An Epidemiologist.
New kitty is still in her biting and chasing everything around stage, and let me tell you, at a time when I'm doing a lot of hand washing, the additional scrapes and bites on the hand area are not helping one little bit.
