uncle floyd and the monkees
Jan. 20th, 2011 12:42 amThis week Mister Kitty salutes the fallen Don Kirshner with some songs from arguably his most popular creation, The Monkees.

Sometime in the 80s both Davy and Peter found themselves on the Uncle Floyd show, goofin' off and singin' songs, and we have it for you torn from the quivering embrace of VHS tape that we bought from the Book Nook that had a bunch of Monkees clips and their Kelloggs's commercials and an episode in Japanese and Davy Jones at a Tokyo music extravaganza. And this.
I only wish I had a copy of the film "Toomorrow" or even the soundtrack, which I am sure is very special. Also that movie where Mickey Dolenz plays a crazed psychotic killer. Love to see that one.
