your archie experts
Apr. 25th, 2010 12:11 pmApparently writing a lot of smack about Dilton Doiley making love robots and Al Hartley's misreading of the Bible makes us Archie experts, because when top news organizations need to get expert analysis on the new gay Archie character, who they gonna call? Mister Kitty! That's right, Shain got interviewed by David Moye from AOL News and it's up there today for the whole world to acknowledge her expert knowledge on gay comic book characters and whether or not Jughead only has love for food.
Would have gone to the Meister Markt antique/collectible thing yesterday at the Markham fairgrounds, but it claimed to be over at 3 and what with the DVP closed and all, there was no way we were making it out there by 3, I've learned to be realistic about this. Hey guys, stay open an extra hour and you might make more money, I'm just saying. So we went a little further out - we're battling the traffic to get out of town, we might as well go somewhere - and picked up some junk here and there and enjoyed the out of town scenery. I don't think we're going to go nearly as far out today, for one thing I have a strip to finish, and the weather doesn't look like it's going to cooperate anyway.
"Phantom Of The Paradise" was on TVO last night, and now those songs are stuck in my head with superglue. I guess I'll have to listen to the original 'Multiplication Rock' LP I picked up yesterday.
