ken the wolf boy, I mean Fangs the wolf boy

"Ken the Wolf Boy" is a 1965 TV cartoon that was Toei's first television animation. It got dubbed into English and shown in Australia. Daws Butler was one of the voices. But that's not what I'm talking about, I'm talking about Fangs The Wolf Boy, a late 1940s character that appeared in "Sparkling Stars Comics" and is the subject of this week's Stupid Comics!

He's got fangs, he's torn between his wolves and his human friends, there are spies, and he crosses over later into an adventure with a completely different strip about freight-airline cowboys and spies. Spies were everywhere in 1947. Enjoy!

lo-fi landfill

Mister Kitty's Lo-Fi Landfill is a podcast Shaindle and I do occasionally where we spin offbeat records and talk about what we're up to. The latest one is a few months late, but these things are a lot of work - the assembling the music is fairly routine, but editing our segments always takes a while. Anyway, here's show 5! it's all about cartoons!
